Nicole Dawn Fleharty, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 20 at 8:00am on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Rodney Jay Clark, age 60 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, January 20 at 9:32am on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 5:14pm on a $250 surety bond.

Shane Robert Cooney, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, January 21 at 12:36am on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
