drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $15,000 surety bond.

William Randall Kolt Saunders, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, December 31 at 11:00am for driving while suspended and vehicle unlawful acts. He was released on Monday, January 1 at 3:36pm on a
