Jason Ray Mayes, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 10 at 1:28pm on a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

William Robert Livingston, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, January 10 at 9:27pm for driving while suspended. He was released the same day at 10:38pm on his own recognizance.

Jeffery Jay McKey, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 10 at 8:52pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time
without bond.
