Erica Clarice Allen, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 7 at 11:44am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, vehicle liability insurance required, vehicle unlawful acts and an out of state warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Chase William Warner, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 7 at 10:44pm on a Bourbon County Warrant, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia.  He was released on Sunday, January 9 at 7:43pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Antwan S. Dial, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 10 at 1:35am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Tim M. Pohe, age 59 was arrested by the Fort Scot Police Department on Monday, January 10 at 4:51am for aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm and criminal threat.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
