Robert Arthur “Bobby” Long, age 69, La Cygne, Kansas passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023. He was born on December 29, 1953 in Paola, Kansas the son of Robert L. and Donah C. Conard Long. He graduated from Prairie View High School in the Class of 1971. He currently worked as a landscaper for Baird Sod. 

Bobby enjoyed being outside.  He was an avid gardener, raised chickens and enjoyed his dogs. He liked to play tennis and make music with his guitar. He was preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Julie Ireland. Bobby is survived by his sister, Cheryl Ireland and husband Archie, a niece Amy Nelson and husband Steve, a great nephew, Rylan Nelson, an aunt, Dorothy Conard, numerous cousins, extended family and friends.   

Memorial service will be 4 pm Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, La Cygne Chapel. Visitation will be held from 3 pm to service time at the La Cygne Chapel.
