Rex McCulley, age 79, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026.
He was born on November 27, 1946 in Pleasanton, Kansas the son of Oscar and Clara Culbertson McCulley. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam as a helicopter mechanic. Rex was united in marriage to Donna Bradley on July 1, 1986. For most of his working career, he was a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Daniel, and two brothers, Ray and Roy McCulley. Rex is survived by his wife, Donna, a son, Michael McCulley, a daughter, Ginger Neal-Cox, two sisters, Kay Phillipson, and Fay Benbrook, eight grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11 am Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the Schneider Funeral Home, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial will be in the Centerville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday, February 18 at the Pleasanton Chapel. Memorial contributions are suggested to Wounded Warrior Project.
