Loretta Mae “Sis” Brown, age 79, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023.  She was born January 17, 1944 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Homer and Vivian Walters Myers.  Sis was a Baptist by faith.  She liked to fish, puzzle books, and country and western shows and music.  She also liked to eat a good steak. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Homer Myers.  Sis is survived by her two daughters, Sandy Scott and husband, Michael, and Beverly Scott and husband Steve, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.  

Graveside funeral service will be 2 pm Friday, May 12 at the Green Valley Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel from 1 pm to departure for the cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
