Jacqualine A Mathews-Breuel

Jacqualine A. Mathews-Breuel, age 70, Mound City, Kansas passed away February 22, 2022.  She was born February 11, 1952 in Denver, Colorado the daughter of Harold and Madeline Baker Mathews.  She graduated from Mound City High School and received her RN from the Fort Scott Community College School of Nursing.  She was united in marriage to Gregory Breuel on July 27, 1997.  He preceded her in death on March 24, 2017.  

Jackie was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Altar Society.  She enjoyed flowers, bowling, skateboarding, the Chiefs and Royals.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Rickie Mathews.  Jackie is survived by a son, Jake Miner(Elizabeth), two daughters, Jamie Miner(Tracy), Jodie Miner, sister, Vickie Mathews, and nine grandchildren, Jessie, Wyatt, Josie, Garrett, Sarah, Tucker, Isaiah, Kendall and Jessica.       

Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 pm Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Burial in the Woodland Cemetery.  The rosary will be prayed 4:30 pm Friday, February 25 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel followed by a visitation from 5 to 6 pm.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Sacred Heart Church Youth Group.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
