Elizabeth Ann Mayes, age 59, passed away, Saturday July 29, 2023 as the result of an automobile accident.  She was born on October 26, in Lamar, Colorado the daughter of John Perry and Veta Lorene Wilcox Hostetler.  She was united in marriage to Dennis N. Mayes.  He died in the accident as well.  She enjoyed gardening and all different types of animals.  

She loved her family especially her eight grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Alan Hostetler.  Elizabeth is survived by three sons, Jason Mayes(Savannah), Phillip Mayes(Christa), and Christopher Mayes, two daughters, Nicole Elliott(Steve) and Stephanie Rueda, two brothers, Charles Hawkins, and John Hostetler, and eight grandchildren.
