Brent Alan Croan, age 68, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026. He was born on October 5, 1957 in Wichita Ks, the son of Lewis and Emma Price Croan. He graduated from Jayhawk Linn High School in the Class of 1976. He retired from T-Mobile/Sprint on April 26, 2024. Brent grew up with his siblings and cousins in Mound City Kansas where many childhood memories were made. It wasn’t uncommon for all the families to gather to enjoy a roasted hotdog over an open fire, talking and laughing into the night. He never turned down the opportunity to experience and celebrate the ones he loved whether it was down the street or across the country. Many road trips were taken for weddings, high school and college graduations and military honors. Brent was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Matthew Croan. Brent is survived by his current wife Pam Doak Croan, two sons, Deric and Austin Croan, a brother, Dean Croan and wife Rhonda, a sister, Lisa Hammons and husband Chris. Two granddaughters Karleigh and Emma, a niece Amy Andrews and husband Dustin, 2 nephews Ian and Isaac Hammons, great niece Madison Andrews and two great nephews Cael Hammons and Eli Andrews. Brent was loved by many and will be forever in our hearts.
