Albert Craig Dougherty Jr, age 44, La Cygne, Kansas passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020.  He was born on April 29, 1975 in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Albert Craig Dougherty Sr and Laura Wilcox.  His mother preceded him in death.  Albert is survived by his father, a brother, Keith and a sister Sheri.
