Shelby Elizabeth Smith, age 19, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, October 20, at 8:29 pm on an out of county warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00 am Wednesday, October 21st, on a $1500 surety bond.

O’Thaniel Chris Lawrence, age 32, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, October 20, at 10:47 pm for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Wednesday, October 21st, without bond.
