Rachel Tannette Frederick, age 56, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 23 at 10:20 am for battery on a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. She was still being held as of 8:00 am Thursday, September 24th, without bond.

William Ray Hunter, age 59, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 24 at 12:21 am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Thursday, September 24th, without bond.
