George Edward Skaggs, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 20 at 1:03pm on seven failure to appear warrants. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, May 21st on a $17,500 surety bond.

Christopher Lee Steffey, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 20 at 5:19pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 6:05pm on a $5000 surety bond.
