Lowell Hilton Carson, age 74, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, May 11 at 7:57 pm for burglary, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, theft of property and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Tuesday, May 12th on a $5000 surety bond.
