Mark Anthony Mitchell, age 63 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 23 at 7:51am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Friday, October 24th without bond.
