Tonya Renee Smith, age 51 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 19 at 11:22am on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. She was released the same day at 12:02pm on a $500 cash bond.

Dana Rey Shadden, age 46 was arrested by the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s on Tuesday, August 19 at 12:43pm on an out of county warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, August 20th on a $50,000 surety bond.

Jared Wayne Lotterer, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 19 at 2:07pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of certain stimulants. He was still being
held as of 8:00am Wednesday, August 20th without bond.

Scott Russell Watkins, age 47 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 19 at 6:21pm on a violation of protection order. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, August 20, 2025 20th without bond.
