Derek Paul Donlon, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 13 at 10:50am on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 1:27pm on a $1000 surety bond.

William D. McElroy, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 13 at 1:58pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 5:32pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Matthew Ryan Sisney, age 37 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Wednesday, August 13 at 3:00pm for driving while suspended. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, August 14th without bond.
