Jesse Kurtz, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, August 1 at 10:58am on an out of county warrant. He was released the same day at 4:10pm on a $500 cash bond.

David Michael Knackstedt, age 53 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, August 3 at 1:57pm for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, August 4th on a $5000 surety bond.

Jason Ray Douglas Pierce, Jr. age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 3 at 2:30pm on a probation violation warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, August 4th without bond.

Andrew David Webb, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, August 3 at 10:19pm for aggravated endangering a child, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use of possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, August 4th on a $458 surety bond.
