Donald Eugene Kelley, age 63 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, May 30 at 4:00pm for domestic battery. He was released on Saturday, May 31st at 11:50am on a $5000 surety bond.

Emily Nichole Joles, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 30 at 6:35pm for driving while suspended and fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, June 2 on a $15,000 surety bond.

Amber L. Fleeman, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, June 1 at 3:24pm on an out of county warrant and a Fort Scott Municipal warrant. She was released the same day at 5:34pm on a $1000 surety bond.
