Melissa Faye Elder, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 22 at 8:36pm on a failure to appear warrant. She was released on Friday, May 23 at 6:18am on a bond.

Jeffery Luck, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 23 at 4:58am for burglary, felony criminal damage to property and criminal threat. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, May 27th without bond.

Brandon Michael Boch, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 23 at 10:51am on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 2:04pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Robert L. Sprague, age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 24 at 9:04pm for domestic battery. He was still being held as of 8:00am on Tuesday, May 27th on a $5000 surety bond.

Bobby Joe Hussong, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 26 at 1:00pm on a probation violation warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, May 27th without bond.
