Sheriff Report 5/21/2025

Charles Phillip Naylor, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 20 at 11:00am on an out of county warrant. He was released the same day on at 12:39pm on a $10,000 surety bond.

Matthew Yocham, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 20 at 5:27pm for battery. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, May 21st without bond.
