Harley Edward Casper died on April 16, 2025 at a nursing home in Overland Park, Kansas at the age of 91.  He was born in Dongola, Illinois on September 8, 1933.  After serving in the Army, he worked for Kansas City Power and Light until his retirement in He enjoyed going on cruises and fishing.  He is survived by his wife, Beverly Charlene (Andrews) Casper of Overland Park, Kansas.
