Joshua David Griffith, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, April 10 at 11:29am on an out of state warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Friday, April 11th without bond.

Haley Nicole Moore, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 10 at 1:17pm on two failure to appear warrants. She was still being held as of 8:00am Friday, April 11th on a $5000 surety bond.

Jennifer L. Simhiser, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 10 at 4:41pm on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. She was released the same day at 5:26pm on a $195 cash bond.

Matthew James Violett, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 10 at 7:54pm on an out of county warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Friday, April 11th on a $20,000 surety bond.

Nestor Vanegas, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, April 11 at 12:48am for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and reckless driving. He was still being held as of 8:00am the same day without bond.
