George Edward Skaggs, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 23 at 11:11pm for stalking, two counts of violation of protection order, out of county warrant and a Bourbon County Arrest warrant.  He was still being held at 8:00am Tuesday, September 24^th on a $4000 surety bond.
