Ryan Allen Wells, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 18 at 9:35am on an out of county warrant. He was released the same day at 8:51pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Anna Mae Belles, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 18 at 3:42pm for vehicle liability insurance required, illegal tag and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released the same day at 5:01pm on a $7500 surety bond.
