Timothy Scott Laffoon, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 28 at 1:10pm on a sanction. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, August 29th without bond.

Darrell Edgar Cooper, age 63 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 28 at 2:05pm for possession of certain depressants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, August 29th on a $5000 surety bond.

Joshua Thomas Mott, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 28 at 10:24pm for illegal registration, vehicle liability insurance required, distributing opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants within 1000’ of a school, driving while suspended, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, reckless driving, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of state warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, August 29th without bond.
