Morgan Lyn Farmer, age 22 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, July 19 at 6:27pm on a probation violation warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, July 22 without bond.

Katelyn Michelle Reed, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 20 at 1:13am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Monday, July 22 at 1:21am for nothing filed.

Vincent Allen Shaffer, age 61 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 20 at 3:56pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released on Sunday, July 21 at 9:37am on a $1500 surety bond.

Kami Jean Stoffers, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 21 at 7:49pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, July 22 without bond.
