William R. Prestley, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 12 at 5:15pm for possession of certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, July 15th on a $5000 surety bond.
Joseph Dru Marlow, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 13 at 1:14am for aggravated assault and two counts of domestic battery. He was released on Sunday, July 14 at 11:02pm on a $25,000 surety bond.
Chauncey Edward Lyons, age 39 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, July 13 at 8:14pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Sunday, July 15 at 6:18pm on a $5000 surety bond.
