Shane Allen Lovell, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 21 at 1:02pm on a probation violation warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, June 24 th without bond.

Steven Neil Stewart, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 21 at 2:23pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released on Sunday, June 23 rd at 10:15am on a $2500 surety bond.

Lisa Ann Bagnall, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 22 at 8:56pm for domestic battery. She was released on Sunday, June 23 at 3:17pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Nathaniel Evans, age 26 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, June 23 at 10:20pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants,
possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and on out of county warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, June 24 th without bond.
