Davion Terrell Evans, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 10 at 12:09pm for possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am April 11 on a $7000 surety bond.
