Rodney Jay Clark, age 63 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 4 at 12:07pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released the same day at 6:29pm for nothing filed.
