Samantha Joy Ludeman, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 16 at 7:08pm for battery of a law enforcement officer and a probation violation warrant. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Jessica Lynn Andrews, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 16 at 11:47pm for two counts of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain illegal drugs, unlawfully obtaining prescription drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Monday, February 19 at 6:23pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Brody Lee Young, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 17 at 4:38am for driving while suspended, maximum speed limits, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Monday, February 19 at 5:23pm on a $10,000 surety bond.
Gaylord Joseph Stotts, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, February 17 at 7:43am on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $100 cash bond.
Avious Bernard Ksteadman SR, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 18 at 2:10pm on an out of state warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Eric Kenneth Bull, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, February 18 at 2:03pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Andrew Todd Smith, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 19 at 3:35am for two counts of possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Jonathan Castro Hernandez, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 19 at 3:35am for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released the same day at 7:07pm on a $5000 surety bond.
