Seaira Ann McCowin, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 5 at 11:35am on two bond revocation warrants. She is still being held at this time on a $20,000 surety bond.

Devin Brier Leon Vail, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 5 at 2:12pm for fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, two counts of possession of certain substances, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
