Jerried Wayne Hall, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 5 at 1:29am for aggravated assault, aggravated battery, aggravated kidnapping, criminal restraint and criminal threat. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
Gary Michael Roberts, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 5 at 11:58am on a probation violation warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Tracy Jean Moore, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 6 at 2:42am for fleeing or attempting to elude a police road block and an out of state warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.
Dennis Perdomo Diaz, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, January 6 at 9:28pm for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He was released the same day at 10:55pm on his own recognizance.
Ashley Diane Fontaine, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 7 at 9:08am for aggravated endangering a child, distribution of certain illegal drugs, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use
or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
Alan Wade Bybee, age 54 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 7 at 9:08am for aggravated endangering a child, distributing or possession of with intent of drug paraphernalia, distribution of certain illegal
drugs, Maximum speed limits, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
James Larry Bryant, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 7 at 10:46pm on a Bourbon County Warrant “Contempt of Court”. He is still being held at this time on a $1062.50 cash bond.
