Nicholas Joseph Deloney, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, December 11 at 9:38am on an out of county warrant. He was released the same day at 10:30am on a $253 cash bond.

Mark Andrew Beardsley, age 59 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, December 11 at 11:58pm on an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
