Jackson Bernard Brown-Bayer, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 26 at 6:00pm on a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jeremy Lee Santmyer, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 25 at 3:00pm for fleeing or attempting to elude with five or more moving violations, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or
possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.
