Sheriff Report 9/8 – 9/18

Earl Edward Dorris, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 7 at 2:11am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released on Tuesday, September 12 at 11:15am on a surety bond.

Amy N. Woodroof, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 7 at 1:44pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was released on Saturday, September 9 at 1:44pm on a surety bond.

Carlando Lamar Sango, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 7 at 4:25pm on three out of county warrants.  He was transferred out to Leavenworth Correctional Facility on Thursday, September 14.

Colan Thomas Elam, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 7 at 11:20pm for disorderly conduct and domestic battery.  He was released on Saturday, September 9 at 10:20am on a surety bond.

Phillip Dean Tracy, age 59 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 8 at 3:07pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Dmitri Alexander Stamm, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 8 at 5:20pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kenzey Allen Hart, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 10 at 3:23pm on a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kristy Lynn Lane, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, Sept 12 at 1:15am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Osvaldo Rojas Lopes, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 12 at 10:37am for operating a motor vehicle without a license.  He was released on Saturday, September 16 at 2:52pm on a bond.

Michael Shane Gates, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 12 at 10:37am on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Brian Alan Clapp, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 12 at 2:45pm for distribution of certain illegal drugs, Kansas Insurance violation, maximum speed limits, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Kellie L. Brundige, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 12 at 2:45pm for distribution of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants within 1000’ of a school, possession of opiates/ opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Marquan Ronnell Chapman, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 13 at 1:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Tyler Daniel Fornoff, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 13 at 2:45pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

James Ray Stinnett, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 14 at 1:48pm on eight failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Channey Lache Sisere McMillan, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 14 at 10:36pm for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia to cultivate and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Harry Jole Shadden, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 15 at 12:38am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant.  he is still being held at this time on a $10,759 surety bond.

Nico Enrique Baskin, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 15 at 2:44pm for two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.  He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.

Sky Marie Tucker, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 15 at 10:25pm for criminal trespassing.  She was released on Saturday, September 16 at 5:52pm on a $500 cash bond.

Jaxon Miloy Hofmeister, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, September 16 at 10:19am for forgery; making or altering a written instrument.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Christopher William Wurtz, age 58 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 17 at 11:48am for possession of opiates/ opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $15,000 surety bond.

Htee Ku Moo, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 17 at 2:34pm for possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
