Raymond David Helgren, Jr. age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 1 at 7:40am on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, September 3 at 7:40am for time served.
Kathreen Marie Wills, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 1 at 11:20am on a probation violation warrant. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Niecie Lynn Nunley, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 1 at 5:34pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants.
She was released on Sunday, September 3 at 2:34pm on a $2000 surety bond.
James d. Perry, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 2 at 10:40pm for a Kansas Insurance violation, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain illegal
drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.
William Russell-Troy Prestley, age 37 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 3 at 4:11pm for driving while suspended. He was released on Monday, September 4 at 4:30am on his own recognance.
Ashley Michelle Wilson, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 3 at 9:15pm for distribution of certain substances and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances. She
is still being held at this time without bond.
Ronal Rothel Wright, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 3 at 9:15pm for criminal discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of firearm by a felon, distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Emily Nichole Joles, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 3 at 9:10pm for domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer; falsely report of a crime. She is still being held at this
time without bond.
Darrin Bresee, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 4 at 2:07pm for assault, battery, criminal threat, disorderly conduct and domestic battery. He is still being held at this time without bond.
