Michael Dean Hendrix, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 8 at 12:09pm for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Mason Lee Offutt, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 8 at 1:32pm on an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Shawn Gregory Maxwell, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 8 at 5:01pm on a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Cody Lane Clark, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 8 at 11:45pm on an out of county warrant and a failure to appear warrant. He was released on Wednesday, August 9 at 2:12am on a $3000 surety bond.
