Rebecca Elizabeth Richardson, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, August 4 at 9:17am on two bond revocation warrants. She is still being held at this time without bond.

Joy Elaine Higgins, age 61 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 5 at 7:49am for aggravated endangering a child; expose to meth chemicals and distributing or possession with intent of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.

Jessica Dawn Motley, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 5 at 9:26am for aggravated endangering a child. She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Jacob Randolph Hutchins, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, August 5 at 6:39pm for sexual battery. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Austin Dean Cooper, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 6 at 8:47pm for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon. He was released the same day at 8:47pm for nothing filed.

Rhonda Sue Brown, age 51 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, August 7 at 2:43am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain illegal drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time without bond.
