Kara LaWayne Mumbower, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 1 at 6:30pm for domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Shy Marie Tucker, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, August 2 at 3:20am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

James Ray Stinnett, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 2 at 8:28am for driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
