Alex Riley Combs, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 31 at 4:49pm for domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Leonard Merel Starcher, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 31 at 9:56pm for driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
