Cara Sue Foster, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 18 at 4:13pm on two failure to appear warrants.  She was released the same day at 6:10pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Sherrie Ann Skaggs, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 18 at 8:10pm for domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
