Leonard Merel Starcher, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 9 at 7:46pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate, on out of county warrant and a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

James Ray Stinnett, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 9 at 11:17pm for driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
