Brian Leon Williams, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, April 21 at 1:26am on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Amanda Katherine Fisher, age 49 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, April 21 at 10:00pm for domestic battery.  She was released on Saturday, April 22 at 1:39pm on a $500 surety bond.

Justin Lee Fisher, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, April 21 at 10:00pm for domestic battery.  He was released on Saturday, April 22 at 3:14pm on a $500 surety bond.

Dusty Lee Parker, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, April 22 at 4:07am for felony interference with a law enforcement officer and an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Rickey Dean O’Dell, II, age 54 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, April 22 at 4:51pm for aggravated assault, aggravated endangering a child, criminal threat and sexual battery.  He was the same day at 9:45pm on a $100,000 surety bond.

Blake Douglass Holt, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, April 23 at 9:58pm for criminal damage to property, domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

James DeWayne Fountain, Jr. age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 24 at 2:16am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and a Kansas Department of corrections warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
