Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, March 31 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, April 2 at 6:02pm for time served.
Stephanie Lynn Newell, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, March 31 at 9:51pm for domestic battery. She was released on Sunday, April 2 at 6:19pm on a $1500 surety bond.

David Michael Knackstedt, age 51 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, April 1 at 3:01pm for possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and two probation violation warrants. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Ashley Renee Russell, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, April 2 at 3:56pm for breach of privacy. She was released the same day on a $1000 surety bond.
Dmitri Alexander Stamm, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 3 at 11:35pm for distribution of certain Hallucinogenic drugs, driving while suspended, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and an out of county warrant.
