Morgan Lyn Farmer, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 13 at 9:03am for detention authorization.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Justin Michael Kastl, age 53 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 14 at 2:17am on an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 cash bond.
