Shauna Leigh Smart, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 7 at 11:32am on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Ruben Eugene Grant, age 65 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 7 at 2:08pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Shania Ashley Wallace, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 7 at 12:04am for felony criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, distribution or possession with intent of drug paraphernalia for illegal use, distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Dmitri Alexander Stamm, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 7 at 11:30pm for felony criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Michael Dusty Joe Taylor, age 22 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 7 at 11:30pm for felony criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of paraphernalia to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
