Nicholas Charles Patton, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, January 30 at 10:03pm for distribution of certain stimulants, transporting an open container, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time without bond.
